Marcos, Nūrea’s CIO, has spent his entire career in the alternative investments arena, previously heading up BlueCap, a Brazilian asset manager focused on the real estate market. Prior to BlueCap, he served for a decade as a partner and portfolio manager at Claritas Investimentos, one of the first hedge funds in Brazil that was later acquired by Principal Financial Group. Marcos is a CFA charterholder and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP

Celso Gonzalez Lima

Nūrea’s CRO/COO, has an extensive background in the energy sector and project management. As a partner of global consulting firm Arthur D. Little, he headed the Rio de Janeiro office and was responsible for Oil & Gas initiatives, developing large projects for Petrobras and Chevron. For two years he oversawan energy competitiveness program at ABRACE, a Brazilian energy consumer association. Immediately prior to joining Nurea, Celso was a partner at alternative asset manager BlueCap. He has a civil engineering degree from Politecnica/USP

Josh Milberg

Senior Research Analyst

Josh Milberg is a highly seasoned Financial Executive and CFA charterholder with more than 20 years of experience as a research analyst covering stocks across a wide range of sectors through multiple cycles. Prior to joining Nūrea he spent eight years at Morgan Stanley where he participated in numerous equity issuance processes and followed the Latin America transport/infra sectors. He was recognized repeatedly over the years in independent surveys and votes of global institutions as a leading sell-side analyst. Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University
